AMS Subscription Terms

You subscribe for a chosen term — 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months — and for a number of AI experts per analysis. Nothing is ever charged again automatically: when the term ends, it ends. We email you 30 days, 7 days and 3 days before that date so it never takes you by surprise, and renewing is simply a new order you place when you want to, at the renewal rate shown on the pricing page. The price you see today is a launch rate.

When a term ends, your account drops back to the free tier: you keep the account and three analyses a month. Reports already produced stay readable for a further 30 days before the free-tier retention applies — nothing disappears the day a term runs out.

To produce a report, AMS sends what you provide — a page address, a topic, your project context, and the content of the analysed page — to third-party AI model providers, through OpenRouter. Those providers process this data under their own terms. We send nothing beyond what the requested analysis needs, and never your password or payment details — which do not pass through AMS at all.

Some models are made available at no cost by their providers. They are offered to every subscriber, whatever the tier, and marked as free when you choose. In exchange for that, what you submit to them may be used by those providers to train their own models. Do not use a free model for confidential information.

Three limits we have set and keep: paid models are routed exclusively to providers that do not train on the data sent to them; no allowed provider publishes your content to public datasets; and if the model you chose becomes unavailable, we never switch you from a paid model to a free one without asking.

After that, the report content, the analysed address and the submitted topic are erased automatically. Only billing data — the date, the tier, the credits used — is kept, because accounting requires it.

You can stop at any time and get back what you have not used. The subscription is refunded pro rata for the days remaining in the current period. Credit top-ups bought separately are refunded for the unused balance. Payment-processor fees, which are not returned to us, are withheld. If you are an EU or UK consumer you also have a 14-day right to change your mind; by starting your first analysis you request immediate performance — the pro-rata rule above then applies, and it is more favourable to you than a flat refusal. Write to us and we will handle it within five business days.

AMS produces marketing analyses using AI models. These are recommendations, not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and they can contain errors — check any figure before relying on it.

We do not guarantee any uptime figure. The model providers the service depends on are sometimes saturated or down, and that is outside our control. What we do guarantee: an interrupted analysis is retried automatically, and a failed analysis is never charged to you.

The prices shown are the prices paid: no tax is added for buyers outside Morocco. If your country levies a tax on imported digital services, that remains your responsibility and does not pass through us.
